This coin is graded a perfect MS70 by PCGS and is a First Strike. It has the Blue Flag label.
The obverse of the coin depicts Adolph A. Weinman's full-length figure of Liberty in stride, enveloped in folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left.
The reverse was designed by John Mercanti and shows a heraldic eagle with shield, an olive branch in the right talon and arrows in the left.
